Newly developed prosthetic foot

Engineers at Blatchford have developed a prosthetic foot which endeavours to replicate how a human ankle operates.
This is done using two microprocessors which redistribute weight and resistance around the ankle joint. The effect is to give users greater freedom of movement, particularly when walking on inclines.
